I know from a lot of your drawings that you are really great at anatomy, this one is not an exception. You also do a nice job designing your character, it is what makes your artwork stand out. The picture looks pretty.
You do a nice job with illumination and texture, but the shadows might need to be more pronounced.
I am not sure if your scanner is involved in it, but it seems as if your use of pencils might need some improvement, the coloring seems somewhat streaky (leaving unintentional white lines between your pencil strokes). Color pencils are actually harder to use correctly than it may seem (I do not do art traditionally, so I wouldn't know how to use them correctly myself). It might be good if you tried to give it a more uniform coloring, or maybe try coloring them digitally.
If you do continue traditionally, there is one more suggestion I can make: coloring right on the sketch may give the picture an unfinished look. What you can do is, when you finish your sketch, trace over it (in pencil) on another paper. Then use a felt-tip pen to carefully draw over the lines. After that, wait around five minutes and erase the pencil lines. You can color your picture then, your lines will appear much better after it is scanned.
